"Delivery was fine and quick but the food was a bit grim. The sushi definitely was not fresh, the pickled ginger was dry and the wasabi was incredibly weak to the point I couldn't taste it. I really don't recommend getting chicken from here either it's so so dehydrated and it looks very old, it has the texture of a dry sponge."

"I ordered some food through Deliveroo and am really disappointed in your food. The salmon in Salmon Tataki Roll was not seared at all (it was just raw salmon, but gets more expensive as its name is Salmon Tataki Roll which means seared salmon roll). The Edamame I ordered as side dishes was not packed in a separated takeaway box, it all was put in a Chicken Katsu curry. What is this??? Also ordered Pork Katsu Ramen, expecting pork cutlet would be in ramen as Tonkatsu (Ton means pork in Japanese) is pork cutlet but Chashu was in there as described in the food description and this was my mistake since I didn’t read it carefully. However I ordered less than 10 items but how can you guys make such a mistake like this above? Don’t even know if this was a mistake or what you did deliberately to rip off."
