"Food was average this time. I had chicken katsu rice bowl. But that was full of peas. More peas rather than rice. I had same dish I. Donburi and that was awesome so I thought let's try it here. But not the same. Anyhow I had Thai coconut chicken with rice which was v nice in cup. Just an honest review what I felt. Thanks"

"Not sure I’d go back. I ordered the Salmon Full House sushi box, using a promotional £5 discount. Sushi smelt fishy and didn’t seem that fresh. Really disappointed as I used to order Itsu at lot near my work in the city and the quality was good. Staff were really friendly though and helpful with the ordering machine. Overall restaurant seemed clean and tidy."

"What a great new addition to Putney, just down from the train station on the high street. Really spacious restaurant that was spotlessly clean. Stools by the window, booths and larger communal tables in the middle. You order at the computerised displays, lots of them. I am always a bit useless with them, but one of the servers was super helpful helping me place my order. Ordered Chicken Gyoza Noodle Bowl - Firstly looked like the photo on the menu which was great. Was hot, with lots of fresh vegetables and herbs. The dumplings were nice and the ramen broth the real star was full of flavour. With the noodles and dumplings its really filling, and kept me full for a long time. As a treat added a packet of there Peking Duck Prawn Crackers as never seen before. Really yummy and only 97 calories a bag. Friendly service, super clean restaurant and really delicious filling food, will certainly be back."

"Itsu was a place I frequented for lunch when I had to go to office and wasn't working from home before the pandemic, so I was delighted when it opened in putney. They appear to have a lot of new hot items that I don't recognise, I opted for the sushi today though. It tasted as good as it used to. They seem to have electronic menus now like macdonalds rather than having premade sushi boxes in the fridge like they used to, I guess this is a good idea to save on food wastage, so thumbs up for that idea. Restaurant deco and vibe is the same familiar itsu style."
