"Difficult to get to what we wanted due to staff and cages in the way"
"Went in to redeem a winning scratch card at 10pm (store doesn't close until 11pm) and was told they have cashed up and not possible. I then went home to get money as i couldn't claim the £10 winnings, i returned to buy a scratch card and again was told not possible. Even though this was 1 hour before closing time. A joke of a store. Dont recommend."

"Expensive but convenient. Need to clean their baskets as they're dirty, who wants their shopping rolling around in a dirty basket? A member of staff caught me quietly complaining to myself about this, then I was told "there's some blue roll there if you want to clean it" (during covid too) complained about this to customer service, yet nothing was done."
