"Been a few times over the years, I like the concept of a small plate and making multiple trips to the counter, food is decent and all you can eat. However it's getting very expensive to eat here and so busy the choice of food is limiting, can be out of rice one time and out of chicken curry the next. Chicken tikka on pizza can be fun I guess. Staff were doing a pretty swift job of clearing empty plates, kudos. But £50 for 2 people eating essentially takeaway food doesn't quite work for me."

"Bursting with choice, lots of seating, tasty food, pretty clean, menus dirty and tables smeared even though we were first in, aesthetically pleasing, buffet regularly topped up, value for money, unlimited soft drinks available, suitable for groups of all sizes, parking available in the French gate centre. The system of having customers with reservations queuing on one side and walk-in customers on the other doesn't feel like the best. Walk-in customers are ignored and it's awkward, seating wasn't offered while we waited. Walk-ins also have to pay on arrival rather than after they have eaten and you are automatically charged a service fee which I feel is completely inappropriate because it's impossible to know if you will have good service when you have only just arrived! As a walk in you are definitely made to feel 2nd class. Reservations were taken in 1 at a time when there is plenty of staff to seat many at once. We were allowed a booth as long as we were gone by the time it was reserved which we appreciated. The waiter didn't speak very clearly when seating us and his English was a little broken, I asked for forks and he was quite snappy with his response, saying he had just said he would get some, but the tables should have been laid already and if he was speaking slower and clearer we would have understood."

"Well the chap we had at our table was fantastic couldn't be nicer. But the food was just about warm half the dishes were empty and mainly curry, Chinese and Italian, no pizza. The pudding were poor show apple crumble was just a mess and the gateau was squashed and started packing away at 20.15 , they shut at 22.30 but take food away we'll before and worsted of all taking food out of server place and spraying cleaning fluid next to cleaning the area and then putting back for people to eat, disgusting. And advertising a price and then putting bloody surcharge on top. Like they don't charge enough."

"Lots of variety to choose from, very busy. But a nice atmosphere. Great for a fussy eater to try different types of food without having to buy full dishes."

"Nice dishes and very excellent staffs, though the temperature got cold and no one to assist with it. My family really enjoyed the experience."
