"Wish I could give less than one star - two separate times I have ordered from this place, and two separate times they have failed to deliver my food. The first time I called 3 times within 3 hours until eventually I cancelled it. It then took 1 month, 5 missed phone calls across multiple days, and then a final accepted one, to actually receive my refund. The second time (today) it has been 3 hours since I ordered. 90 minutes since the already long expected order time. I tried to call multiple times and they didn't pick up. The store isn't closed yet. Luckily this time I chose to pay by cash, so at least I don't have to be upset about the £25 they would love to never return me, but after my last awful experience I knew better. Don't order from here if you are hungry because realistically, good chance your food will never arrive. And they won't answer your calls. And they won't be sorry about it."
"Big disappointment. I haven't received wasabi or ginger with my order. Food was squished in a small box so we struggled to get sushi out. Avocado was brown so I wonder how old is raw fish. Sushi did not taste nice and I will never order again. I have to add I was waiting for more than 1.5h for a delivery. When you get a confirmation with time delivery you expect that they will stick to it. Portal that shows you progress of your food which does not work!!!. I will avoid it like a plague."
"I ordered by just eat at 1945 to get deliver it at 21, thinking that on Saturday was a good idea to order with plenty of time. I received an email 5 minutes after my order saying I will receive the order at 2130 but at 2150 I received an email cancelling my order because the restaurant has run out of one ingredient!! After 2 hours of my order, really? When I try to call the restaurant, nobody pick up. Searching in google just realized they close at 2130 so I. Sure they forgot about my order and when they saw it, just cancelled it. I will never order here again as they are not trust worthy"
"I ordered a salmon and tuna don (£9.8). Was told by the staff that tuna is not enough and would compensate with more portion of salmon. Not quite impressed as tuna is more expensive so they gave me a dish of salmon sashimi for free. For the food, the fish is quite fresh but the rice is a disaster. Too dry and not enough rice vinegar, slightly better than Tesco sushi if not freshly prepared. Overall it's not too bad but there are rooms of improvement, or it can't attract more customers given the restaurant price but Wasabi takeaway quality."
