"Told meal would be 45 minutes, after 1 hour 15 minutes phoned them to be told it would be 15 minutes after 1 hour 45 minutes phoned them to be told driver was on his way. After 2 hours no delivery and he never turned up, so it was poached egg on toast, I understand they may be busy but not to turn up is rude, just tell me your too busy and we can go elsewhere"
