"Food took over 2 hours to arrive, was originally told 45-60 min. When did eventually arrive was very greasy and cold. No refund offered. Was also told that delay was due to delivery driver only being paid £8 p.h. Was allowed to knock £3 off price. Even dog wouldn't eat it. Don't order"

"My neighbour shared a slice of his pizza with me the other week and I couldn't believe something so tasty could be found in Plumstead... the pizza wasn't bad either! Ba-dum-tish! I have ordered pizza from here twice now. I am addicted to the BBQ Original Pizza (stuffed crust with cheese). Oh my goodness, it is delicious! Ingredients so fresh and very reasonably priced, it knocks local well-known competitors aside. I am already looking forward to my next one. Would have taken a photo and posted it but I couldn't wait to devour it. Here's a picture of the empty box."

"Ordered food on Just Eat and by the time it was 3 hours late, we gave up and cancelled the order. We called several times over that 3 hours and were assured the driver had left/was nearly at our house/we would receive a call back, and it was all complete lies. Just after we cancelled, I received a call from a mobile number. The guy on the other end was apologetic, kept calling me 'darling' and offered to throw in some free chicken with our order. How would that be possible if the driver was out for delivery and nearly at our house 3 hours ago? Utter nonsense, do not order from here."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered food from here. waited over 3/4 hour for food to arrive and it arrived late. when it arrived was cold and inedible. The fried chicken was tasteless and soggy, no spice, chips tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as the onions rings and everything else that has ever been fried there ever! Don't think they ever change their oil! Onion rings were soggy, disgusting and all stuck together My mothers chicken kebab was tiny, embarrassing, dry and tough. Salad consisted tiny tiny amounts of old lettuce, more onion then anything else and half a slice of cucumber! And 'homemade' garlic sauce! Don't make me laugh! Looked and tasted like little garlic water. Best thing was the store bought coleslaw, can of Coke and store bought cake which somehow still tasted old and dry. We called for a refund and we were denied instantly and told that if we came to the store they would call the police and refused us again through just eat that helped us in the end. We also were told that we lived too far for delivery to kept warm, but didn't inform us of this before paying although knowing our address We only live a mile and half away. We wouldn't even feed it to our dog, it went straight in the bin after one bite. This place should be shut down for being a health hazard. It is 2016, there is no excuse for bad food."
