"Waited over an hour to receive 2 pizzas, one was burnt and the other had mushrooms on that had clearly gone off and smelt like fish (vegan pizza). We called and asked for a refund or replacement only for someone with no customer service skills to hang up on us mid conversation, then called back and were told no management were in store but we would get a call back within an hour. Had to call back ourselves and spoke to a manager who claimed he can only half refund. Not worth the hassle having to spend hours trying to get money back for an inedible pizza, won't be ordering from papa johns again."
