"Tried to overcharge me, and when questioned just tried to lie his way out, be very careful and the guy could not even give me a receipt, basically said i had to wait 5 min if i wanted one, Either the owners are not putting there orders though so they don't have to pay pizza hut head office or the staff are pocketing the cash, For trying to rip me of by a £1 im going to be placing a number of orders though on the phone for fun now"

"Ordered 2 large pizzas though Just eat. After an hour and 20 min just eat updated the status of the order to delivered but still no sign of my pizzas so I called up pizza hut delivery. The man I spoke to told me "it wasn't ordered on my shift so I didn't enter it into the system". So I spent almost £30 and waited over an hour for pizza when they pizza hut employees where too lazy to make the pizza. After complaining they told me they would make it now and it would be with me in 20 minutes as they were unable to refund me. I asked if I could at least get a discount or a side order for compensation after waiting so long and they refused - told me they could include a small drunk with my order. A small drink for waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes... Anyway, after 2 hours of waiting for pizza we called it a night and my friend went home hungry as there was no sign of the pizza. Having worked as a chef in the industry and taking just eat orders I honestly don't understand how they could be so lazy and incompetent. Avoid this place if you're hungry."

"PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PIZZA HUT Today I ordered a pizza for collection with extra cheese and topping I paid extra for on arrival the extra cheese and meat was not on the pizza and the pizza was made very poorly with half the sauce inside the box I informed the worker and said I cannot pay the extra without the extra being put on. The worker was very rude, and he then aggressively took my pizza from out my hand after driving 20 mins to collect and said I cannot have it. I asked to talk to the manager he then told me he was the manager. He then proceeded to be very rude and threatening so I decided to leave the store. Multiple people witnessed this from inside the store This man is a short male with dark hair and is very aggressive and threatening please be aware of this ponders end Pizza Hut guys !!!! I have uploaded the picture of this man. please be careful if approaching him"

"Ordered from Deliveroo last night. Pizza was definitely rushed. Was cut very disproportionately, cheese wasn’t as cooked as it should have been and there was a weird dough bubble. Definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut ponders end ever again. Just terrible!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Placed an order with them twice and on both occasions my order was delivered an hour and 20mins later and i only live 3mins drive away from them when the food arrived everything was all soggy and cold. I could easily say they could compete to be the worst pizza hut every and they have extremely rude staff UPDATE: my pizza arrived in this state the packaging was soggy and damaged and not properly closed so god knows what sort of germs got in to the pizza. I've called up the customer service department and filed a complaint the store is going to get investigated hopefully they will now learn how to manage a business"
