"Never again. After ordering online,waiting for more then 1 hour,calling few times to the shop,and got shouted from shift manager to wait longer,and just raising voice on me,just because i asked to cancel my order. Never ever again i will buy from PIZZA HUT"

"Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time! Ordered a feast for one meal deal via Uber eats, food came late and was stone cold, dips, side AND drink were missing!! How can you leave out THREE OUT OF FOUR items???"

"Up till now all my orders from here have been superb but today two of my cheesy garlic tear & shares were not cooked properly - in the middle they were barely warm and were extremely doughy. I phoned up and the guy I spoke to named Ali (he said he was the manager) had an extremely strong accent and had a job to understand me (I speak London English). He hung up on me after I repeated my sentence five times calmly and I phoned back. He answered after it rang at least a dozen times. He wasn't very helpful, he gave no apologies and after a short back and forth (I was very polite to him) he said on my next order to mention his name for replacements. Originally he wanted me to go to the shop with the two not properly cooked products. He said the product would be cold as the order was placed around an hour ago. I repeated to him it wasn't cooked enough - it being cold wasn't a problem (I waited till I finished eating the pizza before I called and including the 40min delivery time and 20 mins to eat I called an hour after placing the order). I probably won't order from here again. An apology would have made all the difference."

"Pizza from here is tasty and hot when ordered for collection. The vegan options are good, with vegan cheese and beyond meat toppings. Staff are always friendly and helpful when you go in. Unfortunately, they get my order wrong about 70% of the time. Not so much of an issue with collection, as we've just gotten into the habit of checking before we leave the place now. They're always friendly and fix it straight away, but if I had ordered delivery obviously it would be more of an inconvenience. I order a vegan pizza, with vegan cheese and either it will have dairy cheese on or it will be on the wrong base (one of the pizza bases has dairy). I'm intolerant to dairy and vegan so this is very frustrating; it makes me not want to order as I know there's likely going to be a longer wait whilst they remake my food, and that the food is going to waste."

"The pizza was dry and hard and difficult to tear. We called in and someone had picked up but had me on hold for 10 minutes then ended the call and have not called back."
