"Pizza is often stuck to the lid of the box ruining the pizza, lack of cheese and toppings. If you complain online for a refund, all they do is send you some ‘reward slices’ where you have to spend even more money there to claim them back. They use to provide speedy delivery service with tracking but now that has been removed and also added a delivery fee to add to the expensive pizzas. Consistently disappointing service. Go elsewhere. I used to like Pizza Hut but the delivery huts are a standard below the restaurants."
"Awful pizza not cooked enough cheese not melted was cold. Was supposed. To be thin and crispy but base was about half inch thick not cooked enough. Said any size 8.99 was charged 14.99 it went in the bin not going there again most disgusting thing I ever had,stood waiting because the workers were messing around round the back."
