"The worst pizza I’ve literally ever had lol."

"I put in my instructions that I live on the 2nd floor. No lift. Delivery driver calls my phone expecting me to collect my pizza.. I told him several times due to language barrier or listening skills, that I can’t walk down the stairs. I have crutches. Unfortunately he’s not understanding that I’m physically disabled and there wasn’t anyone who could collect it for me. Still he’s asking me to go down, saying that he’s “new”. What does new have to do with you climbing up two short flights of stairs? At this point I’m passed irritated, but calmly request that he return the pizza and issue my refund. To make sure that happens I call the store and explain to the lady what my issue is. She says to give her time to contact the driver, whom I assume had already left. I didn’t hear back for a while so I called again and spoke to a man who passed me over to her. I was concerned that if the driver did return with my pizza he would’ve tampered with it in some way. Her response was, “Oh come onnnm…. Why would he do that!” Why do people kill? Do I know this man though? I know what annoyed people can do to the food of customers they think are being difficult. I didn’t get an explanation nor an apology. Every time I order a takeaway I’ve got to worry about these delivery drivers not being able to communicate well or follow inscructiins."

"Went in today having been here at least once a week for past month and having been seen left standing and not even any acknowledgement to be with me for several minutes when they clearly saw me. Never going back there again if I can help it."

"Really bad customer service, they couldn’t prepare my order in 40 minutes, the person answers phone didn’t even bother to say sorry, just said going to take another 30 minutes. Probably it was going to take more than 30 minutes anyway when I said want to cancel order she said money will be refunded in 3 days. What a great customer service.."

"Delivery is usually fast but the quality of food is appalling. I've ordered from here many times and have received burnt cookies and dilapidated pizza's; food that has clearly not been made with an ounce of here. Some of the pizza's I've had from here have been like something out of a nightmare. I oder for the simple convinience alone and hope that the staff members are having a good day, which they usually aren't. Awful place."
