"This is the first poor meal I've had from here. The general quality was not as good as previous meals. Quite bland and tasteless. The online service no problem at all. The delivery (if it can be called that was laughable to say the least) was NOT to the door and one of my family had to go out to the car to take the food from the DELIVERY driver (well worth the delivery fee!) as I assume the driver couldn't be bothered. "Used to get pizzas from here all the time but unfortunately moved to segundos not because viva let us down (the opposite were always friendly and fast with the order) thier deep pan is so fluffy and soft definitely order that, and if segundos is ever closed viva will be are second option straight away."
