"Order left outside neighbours house and only brought over when they found it outside. Food cold and jalapeño bites flat and tasted horrible. This shop has really gone downhill and doesn't show any signs of improvement, will be buying elsewhere in future."
"Placed an online order for 2 pizzas and have now been waiting over an hour and a half for them to show up. The tracker does not update beyond 'checking and cutting'. I have called them 10 times now but there is no answer. Incredibly frustrating, it's clearly a very poorly run and managed shop. I'm predicting that getting a refund will be a faff. If you don't want to actually deliver your pizzas and operate as a decent business then don't advertise the service on the website for your East Dulwich branch. Customers avoid at all costs!!"

"I ordered yesterday around 3:35pm, didn't get my food 6:15pm. Your tracking app isn't working or isnt being used properly because it gave no indication that you guys were passed the prep stage of my order. I had to call twice to keep updated and the 2nd time your memeber of staff quite rudely cut me off and hung up. When the food finally arrived i received chicken bugget instead of jalapeño bites. The pizza was okay but i found it to be very doughy. I'm not being picky trust me, i love your pizzas but this was definitely the worst pizza and service i had from one of your stores."
"At 6pm I booked a pizza delivery for 7pm. At 7h41 pm the pizza is still being "cut". I called the shop (East Dulwich) and they won't answer the phone. Makes me wonder whether it would have taken over an hour and a half to get a pizza delivery had I not booked it, but put asap delivery at 6pm... Awful service and clearly they are not capable of working out logistics even when we give them the advantage of knowing well in advance when you would like the food delivered. I do like the pizza quality generally, but this is just poor customer service."
