"I order a mix kebra meal and burger meal, the first thing the driver could find the address when we have order a few time before and when me got the food it was cold, so ring up the takeaway and the person on the phone said I was lying which I though was really horrible customer service and he was shouting on the phone so I hung up. I will not recommend this takeaway to anybody and will not go back"

"Seems to have decreased in quality lately, used to enjoy getting food here such as the garlic mushrooms however when recently ordered they arrived stale and not crispy. Tonights order was missing popcorn chicken, on the same order was a royal cheeseburger which is advertised as having crispy onions and 2 onion rings, when it arrived it had 1 onion ring - no crispy onions. Called the store to rectify this, the person i spoke to was difficult, saying he made the popcorn chicken, after a bit of back and forth he said he would make replacements and they would be here in 30 minutes - which they were, they arrived after around 20 minutes. The burger arrived looking as it should have done in the first place, im not sure why they thought it was acceptable to send a burger so far from advertised especially when the second burger arrived correctly."
