"From the moment we entered the place the guy was just staring at his phone and didnt even payed attention to us and also from the moment we tried the food was just a trash. Never ever will order from this garbage place again."
"I’m sorry but the pizza was horrible. Couldn’t eat it after the first mouthful. It had garlic mayonnaise on top, which was hot (hot mayonnaise=yuck) and mixed with the cheese it was a mess. I thought garlic sauce on pizza means oily sauce, not burger/kebab mayonnaise! Also the word Milano is quite misleading as this is the same (lack of) quality as your average chicken joint pizza."
"I have ordered pizza from this place around 75 times in the last few years. It ranges from average to good and is cheap and usually quick. However, they do have a tendency a small proportion of the time to tell you on the phone that your pizza will be ready in 10-15 minutes and not even start making it until you arrive. Other than this, a solid staple of cuisine in the Archway Road area."
"A bit hit and miss. The first order I placed was great, the next time disgusting. One night you may get mice chicken wings, the next they seem to look and taste completely different. Thin chips then thick chips, soggy then dry. Cannot depend on this restaurant."
"-----THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN----- I ordered a 7UP chicken burger, 1/4 pounder and some wings, knowing my standards would be lower than usual. I was hungry. I accepted that, I could live with it. But after the food arrived I was driven to a state of maddened fury by the disgusting flavour and texture of what I'd paid for. The absolutely the worst food I can remember eating in my entire life. The chicken burger was as dry as a nun's chuff, the 1/4 was (that was supposed to have a slice of cheese) oozed a puss-like liquid which I can only assume was some type of homemade salad dressing. VILE!!! But to top it all off were the rancid chicken wings. Speckled in small black spots, the partially battered chicken tasted as if it'd been fried in paraffin. The batter was orange and outweighed the chicken by a ratio of about 2:1. The texture was soggy. The after taste reminded me of PUKE! Over all I rate the experience negative 99 out of 100. The only saving grace was the 7up. I didn't finish any of the food and was left wishing I was still hungry instead of feeling sick from the Milano Pizzeria."
