"Stopped here for dinner while in wetherby lovely dinner options. Food came out quickly and hot which is a bonus with toddler's. Staff are nice. Not too busy in the restaurant nice and open space."
"Stopped here for a lunch with the kids. There were good options for all of us (including good children's menu) and a number of vegan choices. Service was efficient and it was lovely to sit outside on the terrace on a sunny afternoon"
"Service by the host welcoming us was good, starters nice but mains were not great; over cooked pasta lacked flavor and pizza so thin and tasted like a pizza from the supermarket. For a main dish that cost 15-16 pound you expect a lot more. Not worth the money. 3 of us meal was 100£. Only plus - Staff are nice and restaurant is done out nicely."
"Honestly disappointed and I won’t be going back. We arrived with my assistance dog hoping to sit inside where it’s be a bit cooler but was told I had to go round the outside of the restaurant and sit outside on the balcony and couldn’t walk through the restaurant “because of the dog” and despite that being against the law (equality act 2010) I didn’t want confrontation so we complied. The starters (folded garlic bread and arancini) were delicious although it was a bit odd that the hot arancini was served in a cold tomato sauce. Desserts (tiramisu and chocolate orange tart), were also lovely, however the main courses let the meal down. I had the pasta with chicken in white wine sauce, the sauce was split meaning it was extremely greasy as the oils had separated from the grey cream sauce, and the dish had no flavour other than the thyme mixed through it. My partner had the linguini with seafood and said the tomato sauce was so overpowering you couldn’t taste anything else and the seafood was over cooked and rubbery (he’s a chef so this was extremely disappointing for him). We both left more than half of our mains."
"I booked a few hours in advance. I had great personal service. No need to use the app. The waitress was excellent, timely, polite and friendly. The beer was cold and tasty, exactly what was required on very warm March day. The salami pizzas and the pulled beef were really excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! Well done Ask Italian, you are doing it right!"
