"The food here is lovely. When they get the order right. 3 times I have gone home to find my order is wrong. I ordered a plain garlic bread, and got home to find it was actually a garlic bread with cheese. This has happened twice. Last night I ordered a potion of chips, to get home to find I had chips with cheese, which for me was a total waste of money, as I am lactose intolerant, I am also disabled so walking back to the shop to tell them this is an inconvenience. I have however returned once. With the food to tell them that they had done this, and ordered another, but I still had to pay for another. The customer service here is poor. But don't get me wrong, the food is lovely when they get the order right."
