"After making a complaint about one of the staff at Mr pizza the manager sent me a message to apologise about it , then tonight he sent one of his delivery drivers around to my house to apologise personally which I thought was very nice of him . As I've said before the food is always fantastic from Mr pizza and delivery is always quite prompt Thanks again for the apology ."
"I order from Mr pizza nearly 3 times a week sometimes ! Loyal customer! More than recently something is always missing off of my order! The food is lovely from there and delivery is usually fast. I’m not impressed with the lack of consideration for things missing off of my order! I’m definitely going to be changing my choice of takeaway. Drinks missing, garlic bread missing. Sauce missing off orders. Not okay."
"Best cheesy garlic bread I've ever had. Nice pizzas and kebabs. Will replace item if given the wrong order. Sometimes have trouble understanding what you want as they aren't English but overall the best takeaway place in Runcorn. Would most definitely recommend."
