"Tried to order a pizza using their online £8.99 offer, however the order could not be completed. Called the branch and they said it was due to a system issue, and offered zero help. Would make sense to have an override so we could order over the phone, but they didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t place our order. Ended up going to Domino’s."

"Just had really poor service from here. Delivery driver was sat outside our house for nearly 10 minutes and went to the wrong house twice. When he finally came up our drive I asked him what he was doing & he was so rude to me, couldn't explain even though our house number clearly visible. He also lied to the restaurant, told them there was no-one in! Won't be ordering from here again."
