"Poor customer service. I made an order but noticed a mistake once the confirmation came through(error on app). I rang immediately to try to change it but there was no answer. I called another two times and finally on the last call got through. I explained that I needed a change to my order due to dietary requirements and was told 'too late, its in the oven'. I was surprised by how the lady spoke to me and even more surprised to find out she was the manager. I made the order through ubereats so thankfully they issued me a refund, I ordered elsewhere."
"Food didn't even show up even though it said it had been delivered. Managed to get through to the store to be told its on its way in 5 mins... 90mins later ... it never arrived! Don't bother order from this branch. Staff don't know what they are doing and your unlikely to get your food"
"Food was not great to be honest. Felt sick after eating the pizza. The food hard and cold and was damage. Never ordering from here again. If i could I would not even give the one star. Disappointment I spent all that money and it was not even worth it. I felt i got robbed."
"I do not do reviews regularly but needed to share this. Customer service is not even basically standard, phone rarely answered, when is it staff seem as though you are directly insulting them. My order arrived 30 minutes late wrong topping and clearly under cooked. Looked like they just threw the topping on their and mircowaved it. Attempted to call, was physically ill most of the next day. Avoid this branch at all cost!!!"
