"I recently had a horrifying experience with It's Pizza Time and their manager. We had agreed on a price for their services over the phone and via text, but we arrived to pick them up, the manager demanded double the agreed-upon price and became argumentative and rude when I tried to calmly explain the situation. To make matters worse, he was already an hour and half late as agreed I'll be collecting the pizzas at 1 for a childrens christmas party. When I expressed concern about the delay and the price, the manager made a reprehensible statement, saying "I hope the children who eat this suffer and get sick." I was extremely disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of the manager and would not recommend doing business with It's Pizza Time. The manager's unprofessional and inappropriate conduct was completely unacceptable, and I would be wary of the safety and quality of their food after hearing such a callous comment. I would advise others to avoid this establishment and seek out a more reputable and customer-friendly pizza provider."

"I ordered this from Just Eat and I am genuinely horrified by the quality of the food. I ordered a hot dog, chips and drink and ribs. The only thing they had right was the canned drink (not the drink I ordered but acceptable). The hot dog isn't really be classed as a hot dog. More like a cocktail sausage in a roll. The chips came soggy/uncooked and the ribs were mostly fat."
