"Driver couldn’t find my address but then again the restaurant didn’t put the full or right address because the driver shown me the receipt, the driver couldn’t phone me because my number was wrong so the food eventually got delivered but it was cold mine and the drivers fault yes but when I spoke to the manager at Middleton branch he was disgusting and rude sorry but managers are meant to calm the situation down when customers are angry not make it worse and then go on to blame the customer, expensive anyway I just expected a bit of understanding, trying to resolve the problem but instead just carried on blaming me when all the time the driver didn’t have the correct or full address anyway will never order from this branch again while you have that manager working there I really hope he doesn’t treat the staff the way he treated me"
