Welcome to UniSQ Japanese Garden QLD, a serene and captivating oasis nestled in the heart of Toowoomba City, Queensland. The Japanese Garden, lovingly known as 'Ju Raku En', meaning 'to enjoy peace and longevity in a public place', was officially opened on 21 April 1989 by Mr Yoshiharu Araki from the Brisbane Consul-General of Japan. Spanning over three hectares on the northern side of UniSQ Toowoomba, this exquisite garden is jointly owned by UniSQ and the Toowoomba Regional Council.
