Dr Khoo practices at Icon Cancer Centre Gold Coast Private and Icon Cancer Centre Gold Coast University Hospital. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Otago in New Zealand in 1999. In 2007, he became a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.
