Please note that as of now, multi-site pool passes are no longer valid at our facility or any other aquatic facilities in Townsville. However, we offer a convenient solution for those who possess old multi-site pool passes. From Monday 10 July to Tuesday 10 October 2023, you can exchange your old pass for a current one at our Garbutt Operations Centre on Hugh Street, Garbutt (opposite Martinez Avenue) between 8am and 4:30pm.
