As the new owners of the swim school, we, Lucas and Marie Shapland, are thrilled to introduce ourselves and share our passion for swimming education. With two young boys of our own, Bernie (8) and Murphy (7), we understand the importance of water safety and the joy of learning to swim. Swimming runs in our family, with four generations of swimming teachers, including my father Chris Shapland, grandfather Bernie Shapland, and great-great-grandfather Thomas Shapland. I have personally been teaching swimming for over 20 years, gaining extensive knowledge in teaching students of all levels, from infants to advanced swimmers.
