Welcome to The Cairns Institute, a renowned establishment and point of interest located at Smithfield, McGregor Road, 105 in Australia. We are excited to collaborate with James Cook University researchers through the TNQ Drought Hub to enhance agricultural adaption, sustainability, and resilience. Recently, we had the honor of hosting the National Soils Advocate, the Honourable Penelope Wensley AC, for a 2-day field trip exploring various soils restoration and rehabilitation sites. This experience allowed us to learn valuable insights into the importance of soil conservation.
